Cookies
This website uses cookies, i.e. small files containing short texts for technical processing. Without cookies – for example, if cookies have been deactivated in the browser – the user will not be able to make full use of this website.
Website analytics
This website uses etracker to analyse user behaviour. Cookies are used to collect information about user behaviour on the website, including the abbreviated IP address of the accessing computer. This information is then transferred to the server. The data will be anonymised there and stored for usage analysis purposes.
With the technology currently available, this data can no longer be traced back to the accessing computer or IP address once it has been anonymised. Information generated by the cookie is shared with internal servers only. Data will not be passed on to third parties. Data is processed based on Article 6 Paragraph 1f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with the legitimate interest of analysing usage to improve the company’s website.
You may lodge an objection to your data being processed to analyse visitor behaviour. You can click here to deactivate the collection of your usage data:
Notes regarding objection: If you object to the use of your data, a cookie is stored on your device, preventing user data from being collected when you visit this website. In order for the objection to take effect, the cookie must be stored on every device used. As the cookie is stored in specific browsers, the cookie must be stored in every browser if several browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) are used on one device. Please also note that, if you delete all cookies, the objection cookie will also be deleted and will need to be stored again.
Recipients of personal data
This website does not collect any personal data.
Duration of data retention
Personal data is routinely erased when it is no longer needed for contractual purposes (for example for employment, subsidy, rental, sale or services contracts), if the data subject has not given any separate authorisation and if statutory data storage obligations and periods do not require longer periods of data storage.
Reference to user rights
You are entitled,
- to object to data processing,
- to enquire about your personal data and its processing,
- to have this corrected if necessary, or to request restriction of processing or the erasure of the data.
The data will then be erased.
If you have any questions or complaints about this website, please contact the GIZ data protection officer (see contact information provided above). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority, which is the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).
