In all of our activities, we focus on developing and building the capacities of individuals, organisations and governments. We see holistic capacity building as the key to sustainable development – and sustainability is both the principle that guides our actions and our core business. We think in an entrepreneurial way and act cost-effectively, although we are not profit-oriented. We train and place experts, manage and supervise construction and infrastructure projects, administer financing arrangements and shape dialogue between and with partners and commissioning parties.
